Job Summary
Perform various basic administrative duties, such as serving beverages to the guests or staff, handling electronic files and papers, greeting visitors and transportation requirements.
Maintain cleanliness of office equipment and furniture. Make tea, serve food, look after guests etc. Office maintenance, housekeeping and other office works. Providing safe and timely transportation for staff, documentation and materials.

Responsibilities and Duties

Office Support Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises.
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.
- Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
- Assist with courier services, bank work, and other office errands.
- Purchase office supplies and maintain inventory when required.
- Support administrative staff with routine office tasks.
- Ensure meeting rooms are clean and prepared before meetings.

Driving Duties
- Safely drive company vehicles for official business purposes.
- Transport employees,



visitors, documents, and materials as directed.
- Ensure timely pickup and drop-off services.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure it is in positive working condition.
- Monitor fuel levels, service schedules, insurance, and vehicle documentation.
- Report any vehicle issues or maintenance requirements promptly.
- Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum education: High School / Intermediate.
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a driver and/or office assistant.
- Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Honest, trustworthy, and well-mannered.
- Physically fit and willing to perform office support duties.
