Key responsibilities:
The Civil Engineer (Officer level) is responsible for planning, execution, and maintenance of civil and structural activities within the OSD pharmaceutical facility. The role ensures compliance with GMP, regulatory standards,



and supports plant operations by maintaining infrastructure integrity and new project execution.

A. Project Execution & Facility Development
- Execute civil projects such as building modification, expansion, and recent construction within plant premises.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, technical specifications, documents for government approval & PR submission, work & bills verification.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for timely project completion.
- Ensure adherence to GMP requirements, cleanroom standards, and regulatory compliance.

B. Maintenance & Upkeep
- Monitor and maintain plant civil infrastructure including manufacturing areas, cleanrooms, warehouses, utilities, and admin buildings.
- Perform routine inspections for structural safety, leakages, cracks, and degradation.
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Plan and execute any civil activity required during machine shifting work.
