Job description:
Experience: 1-2 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain products, offers, and services to customers
- Generate sales through telecalling and follow-ups
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer support
Requirements:
- Positive communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to achieve sales targets
- Fluency in Hindi, Bengali, and basic English preferred
- Prior telesales experience will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
