1. Warehouse Operations Management

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations.
- Ensure accurate stock inward and stock outward entries.
- Monitor warehouse utilization and storage efficiency.
- Ensure proper product identification, segregation, and storage.
- Maintain physical control over inventory movement.
- Implement warehouse discipline and material traceability.

2. Inventory Accuracy & Stock Control

Responsibilities:
- Ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
- Conduct daily stock reconciliation.
- Conduct weekly physical stock verification.
- Coordinate monthly stock audits.
- Investigate and report stock discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain damaged stock, reserved stock, and available stock records.
- Prevent inventory losses, pilferage, and unauthorized movements.

- Plan and execute export shipments.

- Coordinate transportation to ports and CFS locations.
- Ensure timely container stuffing and dispatch.
- Monitor shipment milestones until handover.
- Escalate delays proactively.
