Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated sales qualified to drive the sales of flight

tickets, hotel bookings, and travel-related services through field sales activities. The

corporate clients, and business partners while achieving revenue and sales

targets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
- Identify and onboard new travel agents, sub-agents, corporate clients, and

channel partners.
- Generate business for domestic and international flight bookings and hotel

reservations.
- Conduct market visits to develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Sales & Revenue Generation
- Promote flight ticketing, hotel booking solutions, holiday packages, travel

insurance, and ancillary travel services.




- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Increase market penetration within the assigned territory.
- Cross-sell and upsell travel products to maximize revenue.

Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporates, and existing clients.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with customers.
- Address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

Field Sales Activities
- Plan and execute daily field visits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for travel partners.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information.
- Represent the company at travel events and industry exhibitions.

Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
