Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Proactively approach and pitch La Sportivo’s comprehensive sports services, training programs, and infrastructure solutions to potential clients.
Target Segments: Build strong institutional partnerships with:
K-12 Schools and Educational Institutions,

Independent Sports Academies and Clubs,

Premium Residential Societies and Gated Communities,

Large-scale Townships and Corporate Hubs.

Deal Closure: Drive the end-to-end sales funnel, from lead generation and cold outreach to corporate presentations, negotiations, and securing final work orders.

Relationship Management:



Maintain long-term relationships with school managements, society boards, and sports administrators to ensure high client retention and renewal of contracts.

Brand Strategy:Represent La Sportivo at local sports events, exhibitions, and corporate meets to enhance brand visibility.

What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 0-2 years of proven experience in B2B marketing, institutional sales, or corporate alliances (experience in the sports, education, or event management sectors is a major plus).

Age/Mindset: A young, self-driven, and sports enthusiastic professional who prefers field execution and networking over sitting behind a desk.

Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to pitch confidently to high-level decision-makers like school principals and society presidents.

Mobility: Must be willing to travel locally for client meetings, site visits, and pitc
