Senior HR Operations Manager

mPokket is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Operations Manager to lead end-to-end employee lifecycle operations while driving HR technology excellence across the organization. This role will oversee HR operations processes, manage a team of HR professionals, ensure operational efficiency and compliance, and own the HR technology ecosystem including HRIS, workflows, integrations, automation, reporting, and digital employee experience initiatives.Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, induction, employee records management, transfers, promotions, leave and attendance coordination, policy administration, and offboarding processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of all HR operational processes, documentation, and employee support activities.
- Establish and continuously improve HR SOPs, workflows, SLAs, and service delivery standards.
- Drive operational excellence through process optimization,



automation, and standardization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, audit requirements, and internal governance policies.
- Partner closely with Payroll, Finance, IT, Legal, and Business HR teams to ensure seamless employee operations and support.

HR Technology & Digital Transformation
- Own and manage the organization’s HR technology platforms including HRIS/HCM systems.
- Act as the primary business owner for HR systems configuration, enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
- Lead implementation and optimization of HR tools, workflows, self-service capabilities, and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to ensure system reliability, security, and scalability.
