Key Responsibilities
- Grade polished diamonds according to the 4Cs (Carat, Cut, Color, and Clarity).
- Examine diamonds using microscopes, loupes, and other grading instruments.
- Identify inclusions, blemishes, fluorescence, and other diamond characteristics.
- Verify diamond measurements, proportions, and symmetry.
- Ensure grading accuracy in accordance with company standards and industry guidelines.
- Maintain detailed grading records and documentation.
- Segregate diamonds based on quality specifications and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with production, planning, and sales teams regarding grading and quality concerns.
- Conduct quality checks on graded stones before dispatch.
- Follow company quality control procedures and maintain confidentiality of inventory.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) / Graduate preferred.
- Certification in Diamond Grading from a recognized institute is preferred.
- 1-5 years of experience in diamond grading (experience level can be adjusted as per requirement).




- Strong understanding of diamond grading standards and terminology.
- Familiarity with grading tools and instruments.

Required Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Robust observation and analytical skills.
- Ability to work with small stones under magnification for extended periods.
- Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer proficiency for maintaining grading records.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in grading round and fancy-shaped polished diamonds.
- Knowledge of GIA, IGI, or other international grading standards.
- Experience working in diamond manufacturing or trading companies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,750.68 per month
