Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Monitoring
- Monitor daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
- Coordinate with factory supervisors and workers to ensure smooth production flow.
- Report any production delays or operational issues to management.

Quality Control
- Ensure products are manufactured as per the company's quality standards.
- Monitor production processes and identify quality concerns.
- Assist in implementing corrective actions to maintain product quality.

Factory Visits & Audits
- Visit manufacturing units on a weekly basis to monitor operations.
- Conduct surprise factory audits and submit findings to management.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and company guidelines.

Inventory Monitoring
- Keep track of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods inventory.
- Report stock shortages, excess inventory, or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with factory teams to maintain accurate inventory records.

Reporting & Coordination




- Maintain records of production, inventory, and audit observations.
- Submit regular reports to management regarding factory performance.
- Follow up on pending operational issues and corrective actions.

Head Office Visits
- Attend the Head Office at least once every week for reporting and review meetings.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of operational requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting and food technology.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to factory locations.
