About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver effective Hindi lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Teach Hindi grammar, vocabulary, prose, poetry, comprehension, and creative writing.
- Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills through interactive teaching methods.
- Conduct assessments, examinations, and evaluations to monitor student progress.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, projects, and instructional materials.
- Encourage participation in debates, storytelling, recitations, literary activities, and cultural programs.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Provide remedial support and enrichment activities based on individual learning needs.
- Integrate technology and digital resources into classroom instruction.
- Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators, and parents to support student development.




- Participate in school events, meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Hindi.
- B.Ed. qualification preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE/ICSE school.
- Strong command of Hindi language and literature.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and smart classroom technology.
