Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Calling: Proactively contact potential clients to introduce our media services (e.g., video production, digital marketing, ad campaigns, graphic design).
- Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and nurture prospects to turn them into hot leads for the business development team.
- Portfolio Presentation: Clearly articulate our agency's portfolio, past successes, and service offerings to prospective clients.
- Meeting Scheduling: Set up meetings, creative brief sessions, or calls between potential clients and our creative directors or sales agents.
- Data Management & CRM: Maintain accurate records of all calls, customer information, and lead statuses within our CRM system.
- Feedback Collection: Gather insights from client interactions and relay them to the marketing team to refine our services.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
