Timing - 6 days in a week, 10 am
- 6 pm

Working:
⁠ ⁠Managed order dispatch and shipment coordination.

⁠ ⁠Handled RTO (Return to Origin) management and tracking.

⁠ ⁠Resolved customer queries related to orders and deliveries.

⁠ ⁠Prepared and maintained daily order reports in Excel.

⁠ ⁠Coordinated with warehouse and transport teams for smooth operations.

⁠ ⁠Ensured timely dispatch and status updates of orders.

⁠ ⁠Maintained records of shipments, returns, and delivery reports.

Requirements:




Freshere with knowledge or Minimum 1 year experience required

Basic Computer knowledge.

Familiarity with e-commerce business.

Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results

Good communication and reporting skills

Compensation & Incentives

Base Salary: ₹15,000-16,000 base salary + insentive

Insentive
- 1% commission on the generated business.

Annual performance review with salary hike based on results.
