Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Conduct on-page SEO optimization including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content recommendations.
- Handle technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals, and website structure.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools and generate actionable insights.
- Build and execute white-hat link-building strategies.
- Track keyword rankings, traffic growth, and SEO KPIs.
- Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms and industry trends.

Paid Ads Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing).
- Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).




- Conduct audience research and campaign targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and ad creatives.
- Improve CTR, Quality Score, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Generate regular campaign performance reports and insights.

Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in SEO and Paid Advertising.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Good understanding of technical SEO and website optimization.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Merchant Center is a plus.
- Experience with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
