Key Responsibilities:
- Billing & Invoicing: Prepare and verify accurate billing documents for import and export shipments, ensuring alignment with shipping contracts, airway bills, and commercial invoices.
- Dimensional Weight Calculation: Calculate chargeable weight for air and sea shipments using standard dimensional weight (DIM weight) formulas:
- *(Length × Width × Height in cm) / 5000 (or 6000 as per carrier policy)*.
- Documentation: Handle essential shipping documents such as Bill of Lading (B/L), Airway Bill (AWB), Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and Shipping Bill.
- Customs Clearance Support: Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure timely clearance, verify HS codes, and check duty calculations.
- Excel Data Management: Maintain shipment logs, billing trackers, and cost sheets using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and data validation).
- Coordination:



Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, clients, and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and shipment delays.
- Compliance: Ensure all billing and documentation practices comply with international trade regulations and company policies.

Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of import/export procedures and customs clearance.
- Proficiency in dimensional weight calculation.
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Familiarity with invoicing and shipping software (SAP, Tally, or similar is a plus).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
