Job Description - Python Developer (LOS & LMS - Zoho)

Position: Python Developer - LOS & LMS
Industry: NBFC / FinTech

Location: Gurgaon Sector-71, M3M Broadway.

Remuneration: 60,000-1,00,000 pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS) on the Zoho platform.
- Manage LMS functionalities including repayment schedules, EMI tracking, collections, penalties, closures, and customer servicing.
- Integrate LOS/LMS with third-party APIs such as credit bureaus, payment gateways, e-KYC, and banking systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement system improvements as per business requirements.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Risk, and Collections teams for process enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience:




- 3-6 years of experience in Python development with hands-on experience in LOS & LMS implementation/customization.:
- Mandatory experience in NBFC, FinTech, or Banking domain with exposure to loan management processes.:
- Robust knowledge of Python, APIs, database management, and system integrations.
- Experience in Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho APIs, and Deluge scripting will be preferred.
- Ability to understand lending business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in digital lending platforms and automation of loan processes will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
