Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, and schedule social media content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Develop social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and website traffic.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Design creative captions, posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other reporting platforms.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams for content creation.
- Manage influencer collaborations and brand promotions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.
- Generate monthly performance reports with insights and improvement strategies.

Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of social media platforms and trends.




- Experience with Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube promotions.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of graphic designing tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Express.
- Understanding of hashtags, SEO, and social media algorithms.
- Ability to create engaging reels and short-form video content.
- Analytical mindset with reporting and data interpretation skills.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Certifications in social media marketing are an added advantage.
