KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise day-to-day production and fabrication activities
- Manage shop-floor operations, manpower allocation, and shift planning
- Coordinate production schedules and Production Planning & Control (PPC) activities
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and resources
- Monitor production targets and implement corrective actions when required
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturing procedures
- Coordinate with Design, Stores, Purchase, Quality, and Sales departments
- Monitor welding and fabrication activities to ensure quality workmanship
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing practices
- Maintain production records, reports, and operational documentation
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and workplace discipline

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 2-5 years of experience in fabrication,



manufacturing, or production operations
- Experience in shop-floor supervision and production management
- Knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC)
- Understanding of fabrication and welding processes

TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Knowledge of Welding Processes (GMAW, SMAW, FCAW)
- Production Planning & Scheduling
- Shop-Floor Management
- ISO 9001 Standards
- Lean Manufacturing Tools (5S, Kaizen, TPM)
- Process Improvement & Productivity Enhancement
- Manpower and Resource Planning

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
