Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through various sources
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Explain and pitch products/services clearly and effectively
- Follow up with leads and maintain a solid sales pipeline
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in Bengali (mandatory) and Hindi.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in domestic telesales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Office, etc.)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
