Job Summary:
Responsible for managing overall restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest service, team performance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff
- Ensure service quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance
- Handle guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales, billing, inventory, and cost control
- Train and supervise service staff
- Achieve revenue targets and improve guest experience

Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and guest-handling ability
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Qualification & Experience:
- Hotel Management preferred
- 4-10 years experience in restaurant operations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
