Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer from the automobile sector who can enhance the performance of the sales team through effective training programs, coaching, and skill development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver sales training programs for dealership staff and sales executives
- Conduct product training, customer handling, and objection handling sessions
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and team performance
- Identify skill gaps and implement corrective training plans




- Support new joiners with onboarding and sales process training
- Coordinate with management to align training with business goals
- Track KPIs and improve overall sales productivity

Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of automobile sales processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to train, motivate, and coach teams
- Positive analytical and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools

Qualification:
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
