Job Summary:
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Handling & Sales Support
- Assist walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Guide customers in selecting suitable home furnishing products.
- Support the sales team in closing sales and achieving targets.

Store Operations
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations efficiently.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all store activities.

Visual Merchandising
- Maintain attractive product displays and showroom presentation.
- Arrange products like curtains, fabrics, and décor items effectively.
- Update displays based on new arrivals and trends.

Stock Management
- Monitor stock levels and inventory records.
- Coordinate for stock replenishment and availability.
- Ensure proper handling of products to avoid damage.

Billing & Coordination




- Assist in billing and invoice processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
- Handle customer queries and ensure satisfaction.

Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail / showroom operations.
- Strong customer handling and communication skills.
- Experience in sales support and store management.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or billing software.
- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently.
- Positive attitude and professional approach.
- Experience in home furnishing, furniture, or interior product stores.
