We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented operations professional who can help scale backend operations while maintaining a seamless customer experience.

Role Overview

This is not a traditional admin role.

We are looking for someone who understands how modern fashion and e-commerce brands operate — someone who can manage day-to-day execution while thinking proactively about efficiency, accuracy, customer experience, and operational growth.

You will work closely with the founders and oversee core business operations including order management, inventory coordination, logistics, platform management, invoicing, and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Order Management




- Oversee daily order processing across website and marketplaces
- Coordinate dispatches, returns, exchanges, and delivery escalations
- Ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer experience standards

Inventory & Stock Coordination
- Maintain accurate inventory records across all sales channels
- Coordinate stock movement between warehouse, production, and online platforms
- Monitor stock discrepancies and assist with inventory planning

Logistics Management
- Coordinate with courier and fulfillment partners
- Monitor RTOs, delays, failed deliveries, and operational inefficiencies
- Improve dispatch timelines and logistics workflows

Marketplace & Website Operations
- Manage backend operations for Shopify and third-party marketplaces
- Upload products, update pricing, inventory, and product information
- Ensure listings maintain premium brand presentation and accuracy

Invoicing & Operational Accounting
- Generate invoices and maintain
