Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in bikes and electric vehicles
- Repair and service electric bikes, motors, controllers, and wiring systems
- Conduct routine maintenance including brake adjustment, chain lubrication, tire inspection, and battery health checks
- Troubleshoot and fix issues related to battery performance and charging systems
- Replace defective parts such as motors, controllers, brake systems, and suspension components
- Ensure all repairs meet company quality and safety standards
- Maintain proper service records and job cards for each repair
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers when required
- Keep tools, equipment, and workspace clean and organized
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or ITI in Mechanical/Electrical (preferred)
- Proven experience as a bike mechanic (Electric vehicle experience is an advantage)
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits and diagnostics




- Ability to use mechanical and electrical tools effectively
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Physically fit and capable of handling workshop tasks

Experience Required
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in bike repair
