Position: General Physician (Freelance / Shift Basis)

Role Overview

We are looking for freelance doctors who can take up shifts when our regular doctors are unavailable.

This is a purely on-call position intended to cover shifts when required. There is no fixed schedule, no contractual commitment, and no long-term obligation.

Doctors will be contacted whenever a shift becomes available.

Doctors may accept or decline shifts based on their availability.

This opportunity may be suitable for doctors who are currently pursuing independent practice or those exploring better professional opportunities. It can serve as a means to earn additional income while continuing other professional engagements and gain additional clinical exposure in primary care practice.





Working Schedule

Each shift duration is 7 hours.

Shift Timings

Morning Shift - 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Evening Shift - 2:30 PM - 9:30 PM

Partial shifts are not permitted. Doctors will be contacted for either the full morning shift or the full evening shift, and if available, they may choose to take up the shift.

Clinical Work
- Primary responsibility is OPD consultations.
- Expected patient volume:approximately 40 - 60 OPD consultations per shift.
- The clinic operates as a primary care outpatient facility.

Payment
- Payment will be made via bank transfer.
- Payment is processed daily at the end of each shift.

Pay: ₹2,450.00 - ₹2,800.00 per day
