Job Overview:
We are looking for an Architect to support design and project execution. The role involves preparing drawings, coordinating with teams, and assisting in delivering projects as per design requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Development
- Assist in developing design concepts and layouts
- Prepare drawings, presentations, and basic design proposals
- Support in translating client requirements into workable designs
Working Drawings & Execution
- Prepare architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations)
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants
- Ensure drawings are transparent and ready for site execution
Client Coordination
- Attend meetings and support in design discussions
- Understand client requirements and communicate updates
- Maintain clear and professional communication
Site Coordination
- Visit project sites when required
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors
- Assist in resolving basic site-related issues
Team Collaboration
- Work with designers and other team members
- Support junior staff when required
- Follow company processes and design standards
Requirements:
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory) and SketchUp
- Basic understanding of design or rendering tools
- Familiarity with construction drawings and materials
Design Skills
- Basic understanding of layouts and design concepts
- Attention to detail in drawings and plans
Soft Skills
- Good communication skills
- Problem-solving approach
- Ability to manage tasks and timelines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred
- Experience in residential or commercial projects is a plus

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
