Job Description - E-commerce Executive

Job Title: E-commerce Executive
Location: Jahangirpura, Surat
Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and Ajio
- Upload recent products with proper title, description, images, pricing, and specifications
- Update stock, pricing, and product details regularly
- Process daily orders received from all marketplaces
- Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch team for timely packing and shipping
- Handle order tracking, return requests, cancellations, and exchange processes
- Monitor marketplace operations and ensure smooth functioning of all accounts
- Check and maintain inventory availability across all portals
- Coordinate with customer support team for order-related issues




- Prepare daily and weekly sales and order reports
- Ensure all listings and operations follow marketplace guidelines and policies

Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and Ajio seller panels
- Good computer knowledge and typing speed
- Knowledge of Excel and online operations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations preferred
- Immediate joiners will be preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
