We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Executive to support day-to-day administrative functions and ensure smooth office operations.

Location & Work Details

Location: Surat, Gujarat (On-site)

Timings: 9 AM - 6 PM IST (Monday to Friday)

Your Role: What You’ll Do?

Administrative Support
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination.
- Maintain records, documentation, and internal trackers.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official communication.
- Support CEO and other departments with various administrative and HR-related activities.

Office Operations
- Coordinate with internal teams for operational requirements.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office supplies and facilities.
- Support onboarding logistics and employee coordination.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring a clean, organized,



and welcoming workspace.

Vendor & Facility Coordination
- Liaise with vendors for office requirements and services.
- Track invoices, approvals, and administrative expenses.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and resolve operational issues.

General Coordination
- Act as a point of contact for administrative queries.
- Support management with scheduling and coordination.
- Assist in organizing internal meetings and activities.
- Handle general inquiries and provide information to visitors, clients, and employees.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

Who You Are
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and office tools.
- Valuable English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
