Job Title: Slitting / Production Supervisor

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily slitting operations and ensure adherence to production schedules
- Maintain and monitor quality standards throughout the slitting process
- Ensure smooth workflow and optimal utilization of machines and manpower
- Train, guide, and mentor operators on best practices and safety procedures
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to improve production efficiency
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure proper maintenance of slitting machines
- Analyze production data and prepare performance reports




- Ensure real-time ERP entries for daily production activities as per priorities
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and compliance standards

Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in slitting operations (CRGO preferred)
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team-handling role

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
