Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Create visually engaging designs for digital and print media, such as brochures, banners, posters, and other promotional materials.
- Develop high-quality social media graphics for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) in line with each client’s brand.
- Design creatives for ad campaigns, optimizing visuals to align with campaign goals and audience engagement.
- Work with the creative team to brainstorm and develop fresh design concepts that effectively convey the client's message and vision.
- Ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all creative materials, adhering to each client’s brand guidelines and aesthetics.
- Partner with account managers, content creators, and clients to understand project requirements, timelines, and feedback.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably within an agency setting or working on client-based projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDraw and familiarity with tools like Canva or Figma.:




- Strong ideation abilities, with a portfolio showcasing creative thinking and high-quality designs across digital and print media.
- Experience in designing creatives for ad campaigns, with an understanding of visual strategies for engagement.
- Ability to deliver polished and error-free designs while meeting deadlines.
- Effective communicator with the ability to interpret and translate client briefs into impactful visuals.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with motion graphics or basic animation for digital campaigns.
- Knowledge of branding principles and visual identity.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced marketing or creative agency setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
