We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Tool Room Engineer to lead our technical operations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the tool room, including the design, manufacturing, and maintenance of tools, dies, and fixtures. The role requires a blend of hands-on technical expertise and strong supervisory skills to ensure project deadlines are met with high precision.

Key Responsibilities
- Production Planning: Manage daily tasks and workflow for CNC, VMC, and manual machining operations to meet production requirements.
- Team Leadership: Supervise a team of machinists and technicians; provide technical guidance and ensure optimal manpower utilization.
- Design & Programming: Oversee or assist in tool design and programming using CAD/CAM software to ensure accuracy.
- Maintenance & Quality: Implement preventive maintenance for tools and machinery; conduct quality inspections to ensure all outputs meet tolerances.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed daily logs, material consumption reports, and project status updates for management review.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in CNC/VMC Machining, SolidWorks, and Mastercam.
- Experience: 3-7 years in a Tool Room environment with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
- Education: Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering (CIPET/GTTC certification is a major plus).
- Soft Skills: Proven ability to manage a technical team and communicate clearly with both vendors and management.
- Analytical: Strong problem-solving skills regarding tool wear, machining errors, and material selection.
