Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls for sales inquiries

Convert leads into sales through regular follow-ups and communication

Manage customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms

Coordinate with the sales team for lead assignment and customer support

Maintain daily lead follow-up and sales reports

Ensure quick response and proper customer handling for all inquiries

Support dealer and direct customer coordination for order processing

Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in telecalling, sales support, or customer handling

Valuable communication skills in Hindi and Basic English

Ability to convince customers and close sales leads

Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and Social Media

Organized, multitasking, and follow-up oriented personality

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.68 per month
