We’re looking for an energetic Junior Sales Associate to join our project sales team. This is a ground-level chance to learn real estate sales from scratch while working on live projects with real buyers.

You’ll be the first point of contact for walk-in visitors, incoming inquiries, and site-visit prospects. If you’re hungry to learn, enjoy talking to people, and want to build a career in real estate — this is where you start.

Lead Generation & Walk-in Management
- Handle walk-in visitors at project site with professionalism
- Respond to inbound inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, online) within 30 minutes
- Qualify leads using basic budget-need-timeline assessment
- Maintain visitor records and follow-up logs in CRM
- Target: 50-60 inquiries handled/month → 20-25 site visits scheduled

Sales Support & Client Interaction
- Conduct project presentations and unit walkthroughs for prospects
- Assist senior sales team with site visits and client meetings
- Explain project features, floor plans, pricing,



and payment plans
- Follow up with prospects consistently until booking or closure
- Handle basic objections with guidance from senior team
- Target: 1-2 bookings/month (with mentorship support)

Relationship & Referral Building
- Maintain positive relationships with booked clients
- Collect testimonials and referrals from satisfied buyers
- Attend local property exhibitions and community events
- Target: 20% of bookings from referrals (within 6 months)

Documentation & Reporting
- Update CRM daily (non-negotiable)
- Submit weekly activity and pipeline reports
- Assist with booking documentation and KYC collection
- Coordinate with back-office for agreement and registration support

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
