Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery, equipment, and facility systems by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and fix them promptly
- Conduct regular inspections of machines and systems to identify potential problems
- Maintain and repair equipment such as motors, conveyors, pumps, and control systems
- Handle breakdown maintenance to minimize production downtime
- Read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics:
- Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and documentation




- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies:
- Coordinate with production and other departments for maintenance activities
- Assist in installation and commissioning of current machines

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems:
- Basic understanding of PLC and automation systems (preferred)
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
- Relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial setup

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
