Job Summary:
Responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and handle inbound calls
- Explain products/services to customers
- Generate leads and schedule appointments
- Follow up with customers and maintain records
- Achieve daily/monthly calling targets
Skills Required:
- Positive communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer-handling and follow-up ability
- Target-oriented approach
Qualification & Experience:
- HSC / Graduate preferred
- 0-3 years experience (freshers can apply)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
