Role Summary

The Area Operation Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across 4-5 pharmacy stores by driving process discipline through Store Managers and Assistant Managers. The role will focus on manager KPI review, store process adherence, team guidance, and operational improvement. Sales will be treated as an outcome of strong processes and consistent execution.
- Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Store Managers and Assistant Managers follow defined store processes, SOPs, and daily operational routines.
- Monitor manager KPIs regularly and ensure timely follow-up on gaps, discipline, attendance,



and store performance standards.
- Guide store teams mainly through Managers and Assistant Managers to improve execution, accountability, and process clarity.

Conduct regular store visits to review operations, identify process gaps, and support improvement in store-level execution
