Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain database servers (MS SQL Server/MySQL) on Windows and Linux platforms
- Monitor database performance and ensure optimal performance through tuning and optimization
- Manage database backup, restore, and recovery processes
- Implement and maintain high availability solutions (Replication, Log Shipping, Always On, Clustering)
- Perform database migrations, upgrades, and patching activities
- Troubleshoot database issues including performance bottlenecks, connectivity, and failures
- Manage users, roles, permissions, and database security
- Monitor disk space, CPU utilization, and memory usage
- Automate routine database tasks using scripts (Shell, PowerShell, or SQL)
- Work with development and infrastructure teams for deployment and issue resolution




- Provide support for production databases (24x7 support if required)

Required Skills:
- Solid experience with MS SQL Server (2012/2014/2016/2019):
- Basic to intermediate experience with MySQL on Linux (RHEL/CentOS):
- Good knowledge of Windows Server & Linux environments:
- Hands-on experience in backup & recovery, performance tuning:
- Familiarity with high availability and disaster recovery concepts:
- Knowledge of T-SQL / SQL queries:
- Experience with tools like SSMS, MySQL Workbench:
- Understanding of database monitoring and troubleshooting

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
