We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Supervisor/Engineer to join our team at Ardeo Enterprise LLP. The role involves overseeing electrical works, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver the project on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Welding supervision
- Cabling Supervision
- Cable tray laying supervision
- Cable termination
- Equipment, Transformer, Panel erection and termination supervision
- Planning and execution of regular electrical related site works
- Maintaining detailed DPR (Daily Progress report) for the site assigned to you by the Management
- Be sole point of contact for the works under your direct supervision
- Plan manpower requirement and deployment
- Informing the head office of all the site procurement needs and following up on the prompt arrival of same at site




- Quantity of work estimation (as per drawing and site)
- Reconciliation of works done at site with client
- Any other specific work assigned by the HO

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in substation or heavy infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical domain
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.

Preferred:
- Prior work on PGCIL/utility projects.
- Must own a two-wheeler
- Immediate joiner

Location:Sevoke, West Bengal

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
