About the Role
The role requires solid follow-up skills, knowledge of agrochemical regulatory procedures, and the ability to independently manage compliance-related activities within timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with State Agriculture Departments, Pesticide Authorities, Fertilizer Departments, and other regulatory bodies
- Prepare, review, and submit documents for licenses, registrations, renewals, and regulatory approvals
- Handle follow-ups with government offices and authorities to ensure timely approvals and clearances
- Maintain and organize compliance records, licenses, approvals, and regulatory documentation
- Assist in obtaining and renewing licenses across multiple states as per business requirements
- Monitor regulatory timelines and ensure adherence to statutory compliance requirements
- Support internal teams with documentation and compliance-related coordination




- Track changes in government regulations related to pesticides, fertilizers, seeds, and agrochemical products
- Ensure proper filing, record management, and compliance reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in liaisoning/regulatory coordination within the agrochemical, fertilizer, pesticide, seeds, or agriculture input industry
- Good understanding of licensing procedures, documentation, and government compliance processes
- Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple state-level compliances simultaneously
- Proficiency in documentation handling, follow-ups, and regulatory correspondence
- Willingness to travel as required for official work

- 2+ years of experience in regulatory liaisoning, compliance coordination, or licensing-related work in the agrochemical/agriculture sector
