Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing, payment follow-ups, and dispatch planning.
- Prepare and share quotations, Proforma Invoices, and sales-related documents.
- Maintain sales reports, dashboards, and customer databases.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as accounts, dispatch, factory, and quality teams.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and issues.
- Assist in vendor registration and tender documentation processes.
- Manage sales orders and customer records in SAP/ERP systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, sales coordination, or customer support.




- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP/ERP software.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales or retail sales support.
- Knowledge of invoicing, dispatch coordination, and client management.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
