We are looking for a motivated individual to join our retail store team. This role involves supporting store operations, marketing, inventory management, and sales. You will work closely with the store owner to ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to the growth of the business. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn about retail management and seeking long-term growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in opening and closing the store (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs)
- Convert old bills and records into Excel spreadsheets for better data tracking
- Manage inventory and maintain stock levels
- Support margins management and basic business accounting
- Create simple Instagram videos and run WhatsApp marketing campaigns for promotions
- Learn and implement Excel for reporting and analysis




- Engage with customers and support sales efforts
- Suggest and implement ideas for improving operations and marketing

Skills & Qualifications:
- High school education required; Bachelor’s degree appreciated but not necessary
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with basic technology (Excel, smartphones, social media for marketing and sales)
- Strong enthusiasm for learning retail operations, sales, and marketing
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Interested in long-term growth within the business
