Key Responsibilities:
- Telecalling: Make outbound calls to clients/customers, provide information about products or services, and handle inquiries or complaints.
- Computer Operations: Operate computer systems and software for day-to-day tasks, including data management and report generation.
- Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets.
- Customer Support: Assist customers with queries, follow up on pending issues, and resolve any concerns.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Data entry: 1 year (preferred)
