About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing
- Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
- Offer Rollout & Onboarding Support
- Assist in offer discussions, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Excel/Google Sheets,



and recruitment tools is preferred.

Eligibility Criteria
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in HR/recruitment may also apply.

Pay: ₹260,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
