JOB RESPONSIBILITY QUALITY CONTROL 1. Carry out all incoming raw materials, in-process test samples, and finished materials according to the sampling procedure. 2. Perform quality assessments of all raw materials, In-process materials, and finished products as per the quality plan, and prepare the test report. 3. Enter the results of all RM & FM in the system. Prepare COA for finished materials. 4. Report any deviations or rejections to the purchase or production department. 5. Provide appropriate documents such as COA, TDS MSDS etc. to sales/marketing. 6. Analyze and interpret quality data and make recommendations for improvement. 7. Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure that quality standards are being met. Initiate corrective actions wherever necessary. 8. Assist the production team with quality control issues to enhance the product quality. R&D; 9. Literature study of a new product/current project undertaken. 10. Carry out the experimental work & testing as per the plan. Interpret the results obtained. Periodic review of experimental work progress of the R& D project. 11.



Prepare and maintain all documents related to new products developed by R& D. 12. Coordinate with the production department to implement the new product process. 13. Assist the production department in troubleshooting any process problems/issues. General /Common 14. Maintain the laboratory & work place neat and clean at all times. 15. Prepare a list of all measuring and testing equipment. Maintain all instruments in good condition. 16. Calibrate all measuring instruments and equipment as per the calibration schedule and maintain the calibration record. 17. Follow the GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) 18. Ensure safety when working in the laboratory. Use the appropriate personal protective equipment as required. 19. Recording of incoming and outgoing samples details, storage, preservation and maintaining traceability. 20. Maintain the records and documentation as per the ISO 9000 System
