Senior Interior Designer - Job Description

A Senior Interior Designer is responsible for leading interior design projects from concept development to final execution. They create functional, aesthetic, and cutting-edge interior spaces for residential, commercial, hospitality, and corporate projects while managing design teams, client communication, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative interior design concepts, layouts, and presentations
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D designs, mood boards, and material selections
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Supervise project execution and ensure design quality on-site
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client requirements
- Select furniture, lighting, finishes, colors, and décor materials
- Ensure all designs comply with safety standards and building regulations
- Lead and guide junior designers and drafting teams




- Attend client meetings and provide professional design solutions

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles and space planning
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar software
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of materials, furniture, lighting, and construction methods

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
- 5+ years of professional experience in interior design projects

Preferred Qualities:
- Leadership and team management ability
- Strong presentation and client handling skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
