Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream
- Good communication and customer handling skills:
- Ability to greet and assist customers at the service center:
- Coordinate between customers and service technicians:
- Maintain service records, job cards, and customer details:
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / billing software):
- Explain service details, costs, and delivery time to customers:
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally:
- Ensure smooth workflow in the service reception area:
- Good teamwork and skilled attitude:
- 0-2 years experience in customer service or automobile service center preferred
- Basic understanding of car servicing and maintenance is an advantage
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
