What You'll Actually Do Here

Lead Projects. End to End.
- Take ownership of large-scale, high-profile projects — from concept vision to completion and handover
- Drive design strategy, not just production
- Define project direction, timelines, and quality benchmarks for your team

Be the Senior Design Voice
- Develop bold, contextual architectural designs that balance aesthetics, function, and sustainability
- Guide the design narrative — from concept presentations to detailed execution drawings
- Work across AutoCAD, SketchUp,



and other tools; but more importantly, lead the _thinking _behind them

Build and Mentor a High-Performance Team
- Grow and lead a team of architects, designers, and project staff
- Develop the next generation — your leadership philosophy becomes part of Medigence's design culture
- Collaborate with MEP, Structural, Landscape, and specialist consultants as the integrating design authority

Be the Client's Trusted Advisor
- Represent Medigence at client meetings, site visits, and stakeholder presentations
- Translate complex briefs into explicit design responses; manage expectations with confidence and clarity
- Prepare concept presentations, BOQs, and design deliverables that win trust and repeat business

Drive Compliance and Quality
- Ensure all projects meet building codes, NABH-relevant planning standards, and sustainability benchmarks
- Oversee architectural plans, blueprints, and models with the ri
