Key Responsibilities:
Mobilization:
- Conduct field visits in nearby areas, schools, colleges, and communities
- Create awareness about training programs and career opportunities
- Coordinate with local stakeholders (Panchayat, NGOs, institutions)
- Maintain mobilization records and reports
Counseling & Enrollment:
- Ensure proper documentation and registration
Placement:
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies and employers
- Arrange interviews, job fairs, and campus drives
Post-Placement Support:
- Provide support for job retention and career growth
Coordination & Reporting:
- Work closely with trainers and management
- Maintain MIS reports, placement data, and documentation
- Achieve monthly mobilization and placement targets
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking and convincing ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets)
- Ability to travel locally for mobilization
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- Experience in mobilization, counseling, or placement (0-3 years)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
