Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare 2D & 3D civil drawings using AutoCAD
- Develop architectural layouts, plans, elevations, and sections:
- Create working drawings for residential/commercial projects
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams
- Modify drawings as per project requirements and site feedback
- Ensure drawings comply with local building norms and standards:
- Maintain drawing documentation and revisions

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory):
- Experience in Civil 2D & 3D designing:
- Knowledge of building plans, layouts, and structural drawings:
- Basic understanding of construction methods and materials:
- Ability to read and interpret architectural & civil drawings

Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Knowledge of SketchUp / Revit / 3ds Max / Lumion:




- Experience with residential or commercial projects:
- Site experience will be an added advantage

Qualification:
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or equivalent
- Relevant qualified experience will be considered

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
