About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive in-store sales of ethnic & traditional wear (sarees, suits, lehengas, kurtas etc.):
- Deliver personalized customer service and exceptional shopping experiences
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets:
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products
- Maintain attractive product displays and store presentation standards:
- Build customer loyalty through follow-ups and relationship management
- Coordinate with merchandising and inventory teams:
- Maintain daily sales records and report

Requirements:
- 1-4 years of retail sales experience (fashion/apparel preferred):
- Strong communication and persuasion skills




- Fluency in Hindi and Gujarati (English is a plus)
- Passion for ethnic and traditional Indian fashion
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business
