Maharana Pratap Group of Institutions is looking for a Principal for its Dental College.

Position Summary:
The Principal will serve as the chief academic and administrative officer of the institution, providing strategic leadership to drive academic excellence, clinical quality, research advancement, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction in academic planning, curriculum delivery, and institutional growth
- Ensure compliance with Dental Council of India (DCI) regulations and other statutory requirements
- Oversee academic, clinical, and administrative operations of the college and hospital
- Promote research, innovation, and quality enhancement initiatives
- Lead faculty recruitment, development, and performance management
- Represent the institution in academic, regulatory, and professional forums




- Drive accreditation processes and uphold institutional standards

Eligibility & Experience:
- MDS with a PhD in a relevant dental discipline
- 15-20 years of progressive academic and clinical experience
- Prior experience in a senior academic leadership role (Professor/Vice Principal/Principal)
- Strong knowledge of DCI norms and accreditation frameworks

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
